About chameleon PSYCHOSOCIAL recovery
Hi! I’m Tom, the owner and psychosocial recovery coach behind Chameleon Recovery. My journey to founding Chameleon Recovery has been an interesting one. After exploring various career paths (from customer service, to various trades, to office jobs), I discovered my passion for psychology and have been dedicated to disability and mental health support since 2018.
My approach is influenced by my own experiences with mental health challenges, which allows me to connect on a personal level with the people I support. I try to stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health and disability support, and I’m always touching base with key contacts in Perth’s support network.
I believe in the power of adaptability—both for myself and for the people I support. Just like a chameleon adjusts to its environment, I tailor my approach to fit unique needs and circumstances. My goal is to build a genuine rapport based on shared values and interests, ensuring that our work together is as meaningful and effective as possible.
So feel free to get in touch - I look forward to supporting you on your recovery journey!
